Our shipping policies are below. If we missed something or you have specific questions, please Contact Us.

  • We offer *FREE U.S. Shipping on orders with 5 or more items. ($5.25 International credit).

  • *NOTE: Some auctions or Store items do not qualify for free shipping. (i.e., large lots, extremely heavy or fragile items, etc.) and will be indicated within the
    description of the item.

  • We ship all jewelry items U.S.P.S. Priority Mail or Global Priority for International orders. Reasonable shipping accommodations may be made upon request.

  • Heavy or extremely fragile items may be shipped FedEx Ground as we have found that the tracking feature is invaluable and the cost is significantly lower than
    other carriers in most cases. Not to mention that insurance is included in Fed Ex shipping.

  • We reserve the right to choose other shipping carriers as deemed necessary.

  • We package items with extreme care, however insurance is recommended (not required*).

  • We never charge a handling fee or inflated *shipping. Heavier items may be estimated based on the carriers' rates.
* If specialty packaging products are purchased as a result of larger or more fragile items, those costs will be passed on in shipping.
(i.e., paintings, large items, fragile pieces, etc.
  • We prefer that International bidders contact us prior to auction end to determine shipping.

Shipping
We would like to acknowledge and thank our repeat customers, regardless of the venue. We have instituted a Preferred Customer
Program for repeat buyers of 25 qualifying items or more within a six month period.

Our Preferred Customer Program offers LIFETIME FREE SHIPPING for qualifying customers.

We appreciate speedy payments so we can get your items shipped out quickly.

  • We prefer and accept PayPal, however if you prefer, we will accept money orders.

  • Note: If you are sending a money order, please choose that option under “Pay Now” and it will generate an email to us indicating a money
    order is on the way.

  • Buyers must contact us within 48 hours of auction end to notify intent and method of payment.

  • Payments must be received within 3 days unless otherwise negotiated with Seller.

  • Items not paid within 3 days will be re-listed at the discretion of the Seller and an “unpaid item dispute” will be processed through eBay
    unless you have prior email written confirmation of other agreement.

  • While we welcome International bidders, we encourage them to email and inquire about shipping charges prior to bidding.

  • We generally send U.S.P.S. Priority Mail on smaller items. The cost is usually $5.55

  • International Shipping: Individual jewelry pieces to most countries is approx $6.10 First Class Mail & $14.95 Flat Rate Priority Mail

While we always strive for complete quality control, there are occasions where you might be dissatisfied
with your purchase, for any reason. Our return policy is very simple. If you aren't happy with your
purchase*, simply...
  1. Notify us by email within 3 days of receipt of any dissatisfaction and receive a confirmation email.
  2. Return item for a full refund. All items must be received within 7 days from the time you received
    our confirmation email.
  3. Once we receive the item back in the original condition, we will refund immediately via PayPal
    your original purchase price PLUS we will "send money" to reimburse your expenses to return the
    item via U.S.P.S. First Class Mail $3.80 (unless otherwise indicated depending on value and
    fragile nature of item).
  4. Contact us if you paid with a money order. We will work out an arrangement satisfactory to both
    parties.
  5. All insured items must have a claim processed by recipient. We apologize for the inconvenience,
    however any buyer purchasing insurance must agree to follow through and file the claim.

*We package very carefully, but we cannot be responsible for items damaged in shipping. We
recommend insurance.
