Guidelines are listed, but not limited to, the following details. Contact Us if you have any questions.

 

 

This promotion is to show our gratitude to our repeat buyers and also encourage return shopping. There are some specific details below to which you must agree in order to take advantage of this program. Please read carefully.

 

 

  1. Buyer: To qualify for the program, the Buyer must be in good standing with Seller, have a feedback score of no less than 99%; A feedback score of 20 or higher; no bounced checks; confirmed PayPal address;
  2. How to Qualify:
    1. Multiple Purchases: Once a Buyer has purchased and paid for 25 items within a six month period (beginning 1/1/06), the Buyer will potentially qualify for FREE LIFETIME SHIPPING of all jewelry, vintage accessories (hats, belts, purses, etc.), small collectibles, linens, etc., OR…
    2. Quantity Purchases: Buy $2500 within a 12-month period of cumulative purchases. (Some items may be excluded from the total purchases – i.e., single item purchases exceeding $800 – This exclusion will be listed in the description of the item listing.)
  3. Exclusions: Items not included in the free shipping offer listed below but not limited to:
    1. Mixed lots which require multiple boxes;
    2. Combined orders containing heavier items which cause the order to exceed $15 in shipping (PCP members would pay the difference)
    3. Items stating “NOT QUALIFYING” in the description. Generally, these items would be large lots or extremely fragile/heavy items.
  4. Multiple Purchases: Multiple purchases purchased in a 7-day period will continue to be combined to continue to save on shipping.
    1. In other words, we cannot afford to mail out individual items to PCP customers who are bidding on multiple items.
    2. We trust that you will continue to help us save on shipping by combining purchases.
    3. Of course, if you are just interested in one item, that is fine and we will honor the free shipping in good faith.
  1. Mixing Excluded with Qualify Items: If you buy a non-qualifying item along with qualifying items:
    1. You will be charged only the actual shipping amount for the non-qualifying item.
    2. When possible, the qualifying items will be sent along with the non-qualifying, again to take advantage of combined shipping.
  1. Termination of Agreement or Program: This program will be terminated with no required notice, in the event of…
    1. Unforeseen Circumstances
      1. This program will be terminated in the event of unforeseen circumstances which prevent Seller from selling on this venue. (i.e., eBay suspension; health/disability; etc.)
      2. This program will be terminated if for any reason the Seller chooses to end selling on this venue for any reason.
    2. If it is discovered that the qualifying buyer has committed fraud, shill bidding, suspended by eBay, bidding for others to take advantage of the free shipping offer.
    3.  Any other eBay serious violation or fraudulent activity.
    4. Unlimited circumstances, not limited to the above.
  2. Multiple Venue Purchases
    1. We are happy to combine orders and offer free shipping to qualifying buyers from our various venues as long as the above conditions are met.
    2. Cross-venue combined shipping. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to notify the Seller in writing that they wish to be cross-venue tracked for multiple sales.
  3. Multiple IDs
    1. We are happy to combine tracking for multiple IDs belonging to the same person. (Many people have multiple eBay IDs, as long as they are not participating in shill bidding, or other forbidden regulated activity)
    2. If the Buyer has multiple IDs, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to inform the Seller with each purchase by “Requesting Total” and typing in the memo section…Preferred Customer Program Tracking for XXX ID and your name) We sell thousands of items and cannot be expected to “remember” each Buyer, especially if they are purchasing with multiple IDs.
  4. Invoicing
    1. When you receive an invoice, please check to see if shipping has been included. We could accidentally process an invoice with shipping.
    2. Send a Request Total and type in TRACKING FOR PCP and your Name. We will revise and re-invoice. We hope this isn’t necessary but again, when many items end at one time, we could accidentally process an invoice with shipping included. DO NOT PAY AN INVOICE WITH SHIPPING AND DO NOT REVISE IT YOURSELF. Let us re-invoice you correctly before paying.
  5. Changes
    1. It is the responsibility of the BUYER to notify via email of any change to address, phone number, eBay ID, additional IDs (only if you will be using them to bid) etc.
    2. All Buyers will be contacted via email to inform of any changes in program, items and also agree to receive promotional emails from us.
    3. Any changes to program will be posted on our website. Visit POLICIES at http:www.covetedcollectibles.com (We recommend saving in your Favorites for easy access)
  6. Selling of Names, e-mail addresses, etc.
    1. We will never share your information with any other agency, person, seller, etc.
    2. You may receive promotional email from us relative to our other selling venues from time to time informing you of promotions, new selling venues, etc.
  7. Shipping Method
    1. If Buyer chooses to upgrade to a more costly shipping method (i.e., Next Day, etc.) they Buyer will pay the difference in the cost for FREE shipping and the upgraded method.
    2. U.S.P.S. Priority Mail is used for most small packages.
    3. We will never use First Class mail as an option to save on shipping for our benefit. We have been advised that we should use First Class mail to ship the PCP items, however our policy is to use Priority unless otherwise requested for small packages, therefore we found that in good faith we could not resort to using a less-expensive and riskier shipping method.
    4. In some instances, other carriers or methods may be used when necessary. (i.e., We have found FedEx Ground to be a very inexpensive way to ship heavier boxes –sometimes ½ of what UPS charges) and you can track it online every step of the way, therefore that may be an option for large or heavy boxes).
    5. Seller will notify Buyer of carrier method if it is not USPS Priority.

 

If you have a problem with any terms above, click reply but do not sign the bottom. A “signature” at the bottom indicates that you agree to the above terms. We are happy to review these terms. These terms could change from time to time. This is a new program and unforeseen details may be necessary. You will be notified in writing of any change via email.
