Inventory & Appraisals
One of the first steps in the process is to take a complete inventory
of the property. Hardcopy and Digital Imagery provided to client.

  • Appraisals – Appraisals by a Certified Appraiser can be
    arranged, if appropriate for artwork, real estate, collectibles,
    etc.

  • Inventory – A full inventory in hard-copy and electronic form to
    the Executor or Conservator.

  • Digital Imagery – Digital photographs of all rooms before and
    after organization will be retained and available upon request.
    (This is very helpful for insurance, security and liquidation
    purposes.)
